Refund policy


We want you to truly love your bag from Kariman Aranca. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our refund conditions carefully before submitting a request.
This policy applies only to orders placed through karimanaranca.com.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & REFUNDS
To qualify for a refund, ALL of the following requirements must be met:
  1. The bag must be completely unused. • No signs of wear • No stains or scratches • No perfume or odor • No marks or handling damage
  2. The bag must be unopened and remain in original packaging. • Dust bag included • Labels and tags attached • Accessories and inserts included
  3. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.
  4. The item must be returned in the same perfect condition it was delivered. Any alteration, damage, or missing parts will result in automatic rejection.
If the bag arrives to us showing any form of use, wear, or handling, the refund will NOT be approved.
REFUND PROCESS
Once you contact our team and your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your product.
After we receive and inspect the item:
• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. • If rejected, the product will be returned to you at your cost.
Important notes:
• Shipping fees are non-refundable. • Return shipping fees are paid by the customer unless: – we sent the wrong product, OR – the product arrived damaged.
Refund timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
NO EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges. Because of inventory rotation and quality control standards, all sales are final regarding product changes.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Refunds will NOT be accepted for:
• Used bags • Opened bags • Worn or damaged bags • Custom or personalized orders • Final sale or discounted items • Change of mind or preference • Incorrect order placed by customer
Reminder: Any item that does not meet every refund condition will be rejected.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us immediately with photos and your order number.
Once verified, we will offer a refund.
